errors all over the show

hi

ive recenlty noticed that my PC is given various errors on many different programs and will not let me install so programs, im also aware that the CPU is running at a high temp 60-75c could this also be the promblem with the installing of programs

(ps. ive reformatted windows varoius times to try and get things e.g. games to install so i dont thing its a virus)
