Hi--
I'm in the market for a new antivirus program and found one called Defender Pro 5in1 at Walmart. It seems like a really good deal at under $20 and it's suppose to have antivirus, spyware blocker, firewall, pop up blocker and a toolbox for registry work. I've done a little research and have found both good and bad reviews, so was just wondering if anyone here has had any experience with the product.

Or maybe I'll go the free route and just get AVG, I've heard nothing but good on that program.
Some advice would be appreciated.
Thanks.

It is not one of the more well known programs. What I would recomend if your looking for a new av program o n the cheap would be:

Avast : http://avast .com/ free

AVG: http://free.grisoft.com/doc/1 free

Ewido: (now ownded by grisoft, see above for free version) http://www.ewido.net/en/

avg has a pro version available for about $20. All reviews rate this one highly. I use the full version of Ewido and like it alot. I have also used avast and it is also really good.
