My sister's external harddrive for her laptop is partitioned into F, G & H, On Friday the 'F' drive disappeared and became the 'G' drive. The 'G' drive became 'H' and the old 'H' drive became 'I'. Then on Saturday the printer would not work even though nothing was updated or altered.

I dl'ed and ran Spybot & Ad-Aware which found over a 100 problems and removed them. Since then she's is unable to log in to her Hotmail or Gmail account. The main page opens up for Hotmail but when then it says 'page not displayed' after she puts in her info. Gmail's log in page doesn't even open up.
