auto play keeps running

I am trying to solve an issue. My auto play keeps running by itself and also when I try to copy and paste songs to be recorded using HIGH MAT, it says "drive is not accessible" but it works using my Nero 6.3 software. This is a new issue because I was able to use both formats of recording up until a couple of days ago. Any suggestions as far as stopping auto play from running constantly?
