Downloader Virus

Hi, My Norton antivirus program keeps notifying me that it detects a downloader virus. However, it will not delete the file which is apptill.dll. I try to delete it from windows explorer in safe mode but it tells me the file is being used and can't be deleted. How do I get rid of this virus.

Hi Guys, I followed your steps and scanned with ewido spyware and it seemed to fix my problem. I will let you know if anything changes. Thanks for instructions.
