Please help-NASTY eZula infection

Even if IE isn't open, multiple instances of pop-ups will opens up (mostly from loadingwebsite.com).

eZula software (itextlookup and Weboffer) keep reinstalliing after wiping them out. McAfee is constatnly detecting a virus, Vundo. And I'm constantly detecting some other spyware. I've been trying to get rid of this with various spyware scanners, and finally seem to be having some luck with the 30-day trial of Spysubtract. It isn't allowing the eZula prorams to reinstall, but I still get the crazy pop-ups. I've even tried manually fixing the Registry entries, but stll no luck, so I need some help.

Worst of all, I sometimes sudenly get an error in Winlogon and my system crashes and I get the blue screen of death.

Welcome to Geeks to Go!

First, I need you to download LSPFix from http://www.cexx.org/lspfix.htm Disconnect from the Internet, close all Internet Explorer Windows, and run the program. Check the "I know what I'm doing" Button and remove all traces of dolsp.dll Reboot and post a new HiJackThis log.
