I recently had to re-load my Windows XP. Now, I get a message "failure to initialize properly (oxc015002). Press ok to terminate. I have removed Office from my system, and re-loaded it. Same problem. Help! Thanks.

When you say "reload" XP do you mean reinstall? Is your Office 2003 on the same partition as your XP? Whwn you "removed" Office, did you follow the uninstall from Add/Remove in the Control panel and then reboot, and when you installed Office again, did you use the original cd?

I fixed it, Johanna! What I did was re-install SP2 and then re-installed Office. Thanks for the return.
