Hi shaz...

The first step would be to make sure your machine meets the Minimum System Requirements.

Then make sure the hardware and software you have installed is in the Hardware Compatability List.

If all these requirements are met, put the XP installation CD in the CD-ROM drive and run the upgrade installation.
