I have tried multiple spyware deletion programs- spybot, spyware detective and toolbar master- which got rid of Kaaza, and all other problems except the alexa toolbar. I can't use the Add/Remove applet from Control Panel because the Alexa Toolbar doesn't appear.

Also tried this: Verify that files AlxRes.dll and AlxTB1.dll do not exist in the SYSTEM folder. If case they exist unregister toolbar dlls by running: regsvr32 /u AlxRes.dll regsvr32 /u AlxTB1.dll and delete them manually. No matter what these are still there:

AlexaToolbar - Browser Plugin RegistryKey - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Extensions\{C95FE080-8F5D-11D2-A20B-00AA003C157A}\ RegistryKey - HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Extensions\CmdMapping\{C95FE080-8F5D-11D2-A20B-00AA003C157A}

Any suggestions? I already tried the alexa toolbar removal download- This is preventing me from using remote connection to work. Heeeelp!
