Hello.

I have a 3-week old LG L1732TQ (running analog) Flatron LCD monitor. Last week I installed a USB 2.0 card. After goofing around with USB drivers (the computer would hang up at shutdown after install) and getting everything to play well with each other, now the power indicator light on the monitor will not work.

All drivers are up to date - save for the disabled USB one. Have no idea what it should do, but it will not allow shutdown if enabled. The power indicator is "on" in the menu option of the monitor itself.

Yes, I realize this is rather petty, but it is bugging the heck out of me.

Thank you

No idea about the monitor light, but I don't think it's related to your USB problem.

You don't say which OS you are running, but if you are running XP with at least SP1, you don't need external drivers for an add-on USB2 card. XP SP1/SP2 has it's own USB2 drivers.
