When I start up Kazaa (Lite Resurrection) I get a 'Server Busy' popup box and it says "This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose 'Switch To' to activate the busy program and correct the problem". What does this mean? Thanks for any help.

our only recomendation is that you uninstall kazaa. Please see our terms of service, we do not support p2p programs.
