Hi guys,

I purchased a Laptop in Japan with Japanese Windows installed. I then had a company switch the OS to an English version.

However now the keyboard is setup with an American keyboard config. For example I have to press shift 2 to get the @ key. It should be the special @ key on my keyboard like the Japanese config.

I have gone into regional settings and removed the US keyboard setting, but still no change, please help.

Thanks

Keith, :whistling:

I'm not sure if this is possible. Could it be that American windows doesn't support Japanese keyboard set up?
