a spyware replaces my desktop with a warning

i got a spyware that replaced my desktop with a black screen with a warning that my computer is in danger. plus a yellow icon with an exclamation point is placed on my system tray. i cant even access the internet with my pc and a search tool bar is also installed in my system.

and in case youre wondering, i already installed and run Adaware and Spybot but the spyware is still there. my anti-virus is not of any help either :tazz:
