E-Mail problems

When I go to an outside e-mail address and click on to reply to send them a e-mail I get this message: C:\Progra~1\Yahoo!\Common\ymmapi.dll - I can't reply. I purchased anti-virus and spyware removal but nothing has worked.

How long have you had this problem? Have you installed/removed any hardware or software recently?
