Everytime I try to turn my computer off . restart / log off/ shut down it doesn't respond I re-instaled my OS about a 3 weeks ago everything was working perfect, i just noticed this problem yesterday ...this is the only problem Im having with it

Hi charliee03, give this a try
start, run, type in cmd hit ok, then type shutdown -r -f -t 05
and hit enter
