I just purchased a Linksys WUSB54G adapter from eBay. It came in the mail about two days ago. I installed the driver and software and hooked up the adapter, no problems. The adapter was running perfectly, I had internet and all. I shut down the computer for the night and at the next boot in the morning, no internet. I checked in the device manager, aparently there is no driver installed for the adapter now. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver, I tried a driver from the Linksys website. Nothing worked. Please help.

Hello adamprawitz and welcome to G2G,

Before I can assist you in correcting your problem I need to know the following:

1. What operating System do you have on the PC, Please include any Windows Updates or Patches (Example..XP SP1 or 2)?

2. What is the Model and Manufacturer of the Router, Switch, or Hub you are using?

3. What IP Configuration are you using and what ip configuration does your ISP reccommend you use (Example.. DHCP, PPoE / Static, Automatic)?
