heya ! i want to uninstall this aplication but i CAN'T because it doesn't have such a function. 10X

press Ctrl+Atl+Del to invoke Task-Manager then kill the process named "MSNAppM.exe". You can find and delete msnappm.exe in system directroy(eg, C:\Windows\MSNAppM.exe ). If it's not there run a search for it.
