now we start hardware testing...first do this
Run a Chkdsk. Start> Run> type: Chkdsk /f/r then hit OK. You will have a message that it can't be run now, would you like to run at boot (Y/N) type: Y then Enter. Restart your computer and let it run.

You can also right click your Local Disk (C:) in My Computer and select properties. Tools tab, Error- Checking > Check Now button. Check the boxes and hit Start.

Ok I've figured it out, it's a graphics card problem, I'm not sure what the exact problem is though. I can run videos on my mobo gfx card, but not my 6200.

if you have the right drivers and it still wont work right...then the card is bad

I don't know about that... my games play much better and faster, I'm not sure if it is a bad card. Look, I remember watching WOW videos with my friends on the day I got this thing, there's gotta be something wrong, but I know it's not the graphics card being bad.
