This is my first time using this website. I have been infected with some type of virus or trojan and I am desperate for some help. Somehow, my modem has stopped working (I assume as a result of the virus.) I cannot connect to the internet from home. I am at work now. WHen i ran McAfee, it picked up the "Ceres" trojan and says that it deleted it. Ad-Aware found something called "alexa" and today when i defraged the defragger found filed called drwatson. Again, as of now i cannot connect to the internet from home so getting back online is top priority. I use AOL. Help is appreciated.
