What do you mean by "choose slilm" and why "run" and not "save"?

Slim is without the google toolbar and extra languages

Run will start the install when the download finishes

OK CCleaner is installed. Are there any precautions that I should undertake before using it. Are we solving the problem of "backup" without floppy disk capability?
