Hi

I have Sony Vaio VGN A417S. One of the alpha keys has come off. It does not appear to be broken but there seems to be a mechanism under the tile which would indicate a certain way of putting it back on.

Can anyone help please?

Thanks

Do you have your user's manual handy? :whistling:

Already tried that option first, there doesnt appear to be anything in there re replacing the keys, hence trying on here... :whistling:

Is your warranty still good? If so, they might be able to send you a replacement key.
