I having real problems getting the program on a floppy disk!!! I formatted the disk in the MS-DOS prompt and made it bootable.....Then direction 6 or 7 said
extract the BIOS file contents to a disk.....The BIOS file was contained in the file I downloaded from the website so I unzipped it and found the BIOS file.....I tried to unzip the contents to the desktop, then copy them to a floppy but it didn't work.....It said to extract files to floppy "simply type BIOS A:" but I don't know what that means, so I typed that in on MS-DOS prompt and it said bad filename or command....So I need to find out how to extract the contents of the BIOS file to a floppy disk.......

Insert the bootable floppy into drive a:.
5. Extract the contents of the BIOS file you downloaded, onto the
bootable floppy. You simply type the filename (without the
extension) followed by a: , for example "BIOS A:".

Ok I figured out how to get it copied with no problems.....I to direction 11 and hit continue to the message saying"BIOS is about to be changed" It got to 50% of loading flash image and it said "(L05) Unable to prepare for flash erasure,(H02) Intialization for flash programming failed."

Best to ask Intel what would cause it to do that
