Here's the situation:

I have windows XP. My computer is set up with two user profiles -- mine and my wife's. When I'm logged on my Outlook Express works fine. When she logs on with her user profile her OE will open and download emails, but when she tries to open an email she gets a message box that says: Address book failed to load. Outlook Express is incorrectly configured. Please reinstall. When I click on that box I get another box that says: There was an error. An error has occurred. (As if that's telling me something I didn't already know!)

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall OE and Internet Explorer but it doesn't solve the problem. Please help.
