Outlook 2002 to 2003

We have just installed a new Exchange server. Some of our users had Outlook 2002. Most have 2003. Are there any tricks to upgrading '02 to '03? Any pitfalls?

I have done alot of upgrades between 02-03 and I havent encountered anything unexpected. Having used both versions I think 03 is a more robust program. I would take it all to 03 just for ease but 02 is solid as well. Anyways I cant think of anything that is really bad during an upgrade.
