I have a windows 2000 pro. I can't get microsoft or windows updates to install. Now, I can't access the websites from my start menu either.

I have a windows 2000 pro that won't let me install windows updates or microsoft. They just won't install, the error code is ox643. But microsoft says the code doesn't exist.

Just the regular updates that windows & microsoft send. Security, that kind of stuff.
