For at least a month or so now, I have been trying to access certain sites that I always used to be able to access - gap.com, oldnavy.com, eBay.com. Basically, it tells me that I need to use a browser that enables cookies or that I do not have access to view that site. I have went through all of the processes of Internet Options, resetting the Security an Privacy to default or advanced - that is what I have read online and at times, it seems to work for a few seconds and then it goes back to the way it was - needing me to enable cookies! I guess I noticed this problem after I switched from Norton anivirus 2004 to Etrust internet security - maybe that's the problem - if so I still don't know how to fix it. I have downloaded Hijackthis and I'm hoping it will help me somehow - not really sure what to do with it yet. I am at my whits, end - can someone help me figure out what I need to do next???
