hey guys right now i have 1gb (2x512mb ocz) sticks running dual channel, i multi task a lot, i'm thinking of getting 1gb of ram more but i donno if i should get another 1gb(2x512) OR just get take out my 1gb(2x512) i have right now and just get 2gb(2x1gb) What do u guys recommend? and what brands do u recommend?

well,
some motherboards dont like having all of there slots filled up i have heard some things that it lowers the FSB speed of both the CPU and the RAM so what i would suggest seens that you are running in dual channel mode go out and get 2X1Gb sticks i no its seems like a waste of money and 1 gig of RAM but if your going to do this see if see if someone that you no wants more RAM and sell it to them that will help get your new RAM anyway and its not that expensive nowdays

as for brands go with somethign reliable like crucial, kingston or corsair
