Acebot/DrWatson Postmortem bug[RESOLVED]

I've run Ad-aware, CWShredder, Spybot, Spysweeper, the Microsoft beta Anti-spyware, McAfee virus scan (what a joke!), Norton online scan, Panda Active scan, and turned up nothing. Well, turned up a security hole one one of them, but that was three days ago and I'm still bugged.

So now, over to the Hijack logfile. Compared to some of the others I've seen for Acebot it looks pretty clean... there are some things that might be related to the problem, but I'm really not sure. Over at thenerdnetwork.com, there's a great thread on this, and they indicated this virus is run by at least two executables and one or more BHOs. Since I don't want to go killing potentially legitimate processes (especially those cab files--have no idea what they are or what they're supposed to do), I've highlighted in bold everything I didn't find process descriptions for in google. Which of them need to go? Which of them must I keep? (Boy, don't I sound like I know what I'm talking about? I couldn't have told you a process or a logfile or a BHO from a hole in the wall last week.) And will the hijack deletion tool be enough, or should I be looking into Killbox as well?

Also, what's a DPF? I was able to find descriptions for the other categories, but not this one.

Let me know what you think--I'm somewhat tech savvy but editing my registry is a big step for me!
