is there anyway i can download the new xp appearances? like arora, or media addition?

yes. its called themes. there are alot of them available. most are for third party them programs. Most noteably http://stardock.com/

http://www.deviantart.com/

these two sites have a lot of themes available. Some of these work straight with xp. most work with specific software packages. look around and get a sense of what your looking for and what you want to do. Then if you have questions feel free to ask.
