my friend started up her comp but it freezes when it get 2 windows logo. i went into safe mode but once in safe it still goes to windows logo .can someone help plz :whistling:

hi thx 4 gettin bk it onli statred this morning no software or hardware was added when comp turns on it goes 2 scrool bar when windows starts then goes on2 blue screen ready 2 load but it freeezes
