I have just scanned my system with McAfee and have found 300 spyware files. They are all cookie:'something'

Do I delete them all or will it cause any damage to my computer if I do?

Hey there elliott_o6.

If you delete all your cookies, all you will have to do is log back into sites. It won't damage your computer at all. It's perfectly safe.

All cookies do, is keep certain information about webpages, such as login information.
