IE 6 error - icwconnl.exe

At my job we image PCs with a standard image using Ghost. This is the first time I've come across this error. When setting up the Internet configuration (we use a LAN, no proxy...) I recieved the error

icwconnl.exe has generated errors

At this point IE just closed. I cannot find any reference to this error at all and wondered if anyone else has come across something similiar.

Any help is appreciated. :whistling:
