Win 2k pro boot problem

Hello
I have recently loaded win 2000 pro on a Dell Dimension L933r. Upon boot it stops with ‘Invalid Boot Diskette Insert BOOT diskette in A:’. The floppy drive is empty at this point. If I insert the win 2000 install CD the machine will finish the boot process and run fine. I tried to check the bios settings but I am unable to get in. Could anyone assist me in getting into the bios?? Thanks Rick
