How do you get the "filter by form" and "filter" button to appear on your toolbar and how do you access it from the drop down menu's?

Hi gwer,

The Filter and Filter by Form icons should appear on the toolbar by default when you view a query. If they don't appear on the toolbar, from the Tools menu select Customize and then select the Commands tab in the dialog box that opens. In the Categories list on the left hand side of the dialog box select Records, then in the Commands list on the right hand side of the dialog box scroll down until you find the necessary buttons then drag and drop them to your toolbar.

If your database contains a switchboard then you may have to close the switchboard to access your queries
