I installed the Trend Micro free spam filter on a machine with windows 2000 running outlook express and everytime I use it now I get a message that reads:

Microsoft Visual C++Runtime Library

Runtime Error

Program: C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe

abnormal program termination

and then another one that says what the attached image shows.

Any idea what is going on?

I ended up deleteing this program and it solved the problem of RunTime errors.
