Computer running really slowly

My computer is running exremely slow lately and I have run pc cillin, clean-up, tune up etc and it says nothing is wrong, but it takes forever to boot and even longer to navigate around on the web and I cable internet. Any suggestions?

If this came up "out of the blue" then I suggest posting your HijackThis logfile in our Malware section for analyzation.
