What is the best free Anti-Virus?

Hi,

I see in the free programs topic that there are a few anti-virus's. But which one would any of you reccomend me? I will be installing the suggestion on both Windows XP Home and Pro. (got 2 machines)

I suggest AVG Free edition. You can get it here: http://grisoft.com/d...ng/us/tpl/tpl01 Great program.

I find avast to be better and its consistently reviewed as one of the best AVs even among the AVs you have to pay for its right up there. It has all the features of most of the paid AVs but its free and it looks the best visually of any AV ive used.
