Hi I just wanted to know if there is any software plugin etc... that would force everylink to open in the same window in Internet Explorer 6 ......

That is the default setting in IE unless it is dealing with a script that opens a new window. Some people turn off java script in IE but this can limit you on some websites to what you can do. There has been a problem with IE having only one window open with the yahoo toolbar installed on the computer. There is a article by microsoft also.

Personally i like using firefox and seldom use IE anymore. I really like having the tabs to be able to switch between windows.

thanks for the reply, yahoo toolbar is a problematic toolbar it crashed my IE so many times so I removed it. I really hate it when I click a link and a new big window opens up in IE , every thing should open in the same window!! and Firefox is good we can force links to open in a new tab. I think I'll just switch to Firefox for sometime until IE7 comes out of beta
