I just recieved a new prostar model# M66N I would like to play games on this machine how do I go about this get a mobile graphics card or what? I know nothing about laptop/notebook computers. This was a free laptop from my tech school I am attending.

First, if this is a rental, don't put too much money into it. Anyway... You can get an ATI Mobile Radeon card if you wish, or something to that effect. Before we really go into that however, can you please tell us your system specs? If you don't know how to find them, let us know and we'll help you through that as well. :whistling:

What kind of stuff do u have on your laptop?

If your graphic card is integrated, you are outta luck. I dont think u can upgrade your graphic card. You have to get a laptop that has a decent graphic card. My mom spent $1500 for my laptop with Microsoft Office, the Anti-Virus software I forgot what it called and Spy Sweeper. And It has a 128MB Graphic card (dedicated) by ATI.

On the side note, Make sure you have enough ram to play games.

I just checked the system info on the laptop and it says nothing about the display adapter being integrated.
