npswf32.dll crash

Specs:
XP
IE 7 beta 3
opera 9
Latest version/drivers for:
Geforce fx5500
monitor
Flash Player
active-x



Every time in encounter flash when browsing, the browser freezes (both opera and IE) and i get the error needs to close message. message states npswf32.dll as the problem, the plug in for flash/shockwave
scanned with ad-aware but no luck fixing the problem. reinstalled flash several times but didnt help.

Check if you have this

C:\Program Files\Opera(whatever version)\Program\Plugins\npswf32.dll

You probably need to look at re-installing Opera

yes, i have the .dll and it is the correct version. i completely uninstalled opera, then reinstalled and get the same message.

ive updated every driver i can think of that might make a difference and no luck.
any more ideas?

Can you copy it from

C:\Program Files\Opera\plugins\NPSWF32.dll

to

C:\Program Files\Opera\Opera\plugins\NPSWF32.dll

You may need to hunt for them as it is from this
