Microsoft Visual C++ Debug Library Cannot bring up any "My" applications

Whenever I try to bring up My Computer or even Control Panel, I get Debug Error Program: C\Progam Files\Save\Save.exe and Press Retry to debug the application abnormal program termination. I tried all of the options and I don't know what to do. If anyone could assist me, I would be grateful.
