Hi,

Currently my ISP has a 10 gig limit each month (I know its crap but I have to put up with it for a while) after this limit is exceeded they slow it down.

I have 2 teenage boys, and want to know is there any free programs out there, that can monitor their usage as individuals (each blames each other of course). I was really hoping for a program where I could allocate 3 gig to each of them and the remainder to my wife & I.

Does this type of program exist? If so, where to a get it

Thanks
John
