general protection fault in module

After I tried to uninstall a spyware progrem (zerospyware) one of my programs does not work it pops up with "general protection fault in module apexwin.exe at 0058:1bc8

Did you succeed?

What program no longer works? Removal of the spyware likely took an important system file with it. Reinstall the program.
