Dr. watson- can't access control pane, my computer

I can't access my computer or control panel, when I try my computer freezes and I get Dr. Watson's Postmortem Debugger. I tried running spybot, adaware, and Antivir xp. The antivir xp found three trojans that I deleted but that did not help the problem. I then ran the hijackthis-v1.99.1 and this is what it gave me. Please help.
