I am trying to connect my Microsoft Xbox 360 to my home computer. I try and download the program needed to connect my xbox 360 to my computer on my computer and i keep getting error messages. In the middle of installation of the program, it comes up with an error message saying that "the connection ports cannot be opened. The current configuration of firewall is preventing a successfull connection." I try to disable the firewall through the security center and it comes up with an error message that says, "Due to an unidentified problem, windows cannot display windows firewall settings."

I understand the ports now. When the error message comes up while downloading the xbox 360 software, you click help and it lists the ports. I have added these ports to the list and will try to install again.
