I've been having some severe problems with my 9800 XT. I've updated all the drivers for my motherboard, graphics card, and monitor. When I try playing any games the game flickers and garbles. The real weird thing is it started about 2 weeks or so that I got it then went away for a couple of weeks and did it all over. Now the problem is not going away and I'm wondering if there is a problem with the graphics card itself. Please Help!!!

Welcome Arch_Angel75
Try removing all traces of video drivers on your system using Driver Cleaner:

When finished, reboot and install the latest driver from ati.com
Let us know if it works.

Well I tried that and it didn't work. Just out of curiosity, I haven't been able to get all the 50.MB downloads for Windows Update. Could that be a problem? It wasn't a problem when I first built my computer it worked fine. I've heard others say it could be a power supply problem. My power supply is a PowerMagic 550w Dual Fan. I'm also going to be testing my graphics card on my friend's computer this afternoon to check and see if the problem will happen on his computer. If it does I will know that the problem is with the graphics card. If there is no problem then I will know that it just has to do with my system for some reason. Any other ideas?
