Internet Explore Freezes

My internet explore has been freezing. I run on windows 2000. I have ran ad-aware and avg and hasnt found anything. Internet explore gives me a error saying I need to shut down ie. I dont no if its a dll error or what but I need help asap its pissing me off.

what sort of programs you have running especially at start up .

heres a little duties for you

if your infected and want to download these update them

run all these programs in safe mode...

go start .. click run..type in.. msconfig click ok ..on the boot tab select safeboot restart

then download this
