usb ports not working

I have a home built computer using the epox8rda+ motherboard and I am having trouble using my usb ports. when i use the first two it is ok but when i try to use the other two ports then it doesn't work. If i use the other two ports first then the first two ports do not work. they were working fine at one point i think. :whistling:
