I needed help with my browser and they told me to enter this into the command prompt: Regsvr32 urlmon.dll what does this mean?

were you getting an error with that...urlmon.dll ...you should explain in depth just what was happening your pc .that way the moderators can know how to help you

they told me to do this to get websites (live.com, etc) to load.
