My friend was on Microsoft Word when she accidently clicked "Save No Changes" after exiting accidentally and had not saved it at all. I do know that word saves recovery files so if anyone has any suggestions on how to get this back it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks alot guys!

Recovery files let you recover data when you computer crashes, and once you close the file normally Word erases them. Since your friend didn't save the changes, there is no way to get them back. Sorry.
